With over 16 years of experience, I hold grounded, soulful space for transformation through movement, meditation, sound, and energy healing. These sessions are designed to support physical strength and flexibility, emotional alchemy, and deep energetic restoration—while creating space for the parts of you that were never fully held.

Whether you're seeking to build a stronger body, calm your nervous system, reconnect with your inner child, or simply be in a space that feels safe to feel—each offering is personalized to meet you where you are.

Private Healing Yoga Sessions (1:1 or Semi-Private)

Starting at $150/hour

These customized sessions may include:

  • Therapeutic yoga + gentle, intuitive movement
  • Sound healing with crystal bowls or chimes
  • Energy healing for emotional clearing and deep relaxation
  • Meditation + breath-work to ground you

Optional Add-On: Incorporating Astrology (birth chart insights, transits, parent/child dynamics) is available upon request. Rates will increase depending on the depth and preparation required (typically an additional $150 - $200).

Sessions available in-person (South Florida) or virtually. Packages available upon request.

Workshops & Group Events

Starting at $300/hour

I offer custom-crafted experiences for 5+ participants, including:

  • Yoga and embodiment workshops
  • Sound healing and meditation journeys
  • Ritual-based movement sessions
  • Astrology-infused group offerings

Half/Full-Day rates available upon request. Travel & energetic scope influence pricing.
